Group IT Director

Unlimitrust Campus (CH13), Switzerland

The Group IT Director is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the corporate company's information technology (IT) infrastructure, business applications and operations. This includes planning, directing, and coordinating the acquisition, implementation, and maintenance of corporate IT systems and services. The Group IT Director also plays a key role in developing and implementing IT strategies that align with the company's overall business goals and advanced digital transformation to the next stage and in constant innovative mindset.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of high performing global IT Staff; provide guidance, mentorship, continuous development of skills and performance management.

• Develop and implement a comprehensive IT strategy and IT Value roadmap that aligns with the company's overall business goals.

• Act as a business partner and drive collaboration with the company's functions to support them in delivering their missions.

• Manage the IT budget/requests and ensure that IT resources are creating value for the company.

• Ensure the delivery and monitor the results of the corporate IT value roadmap.

• Oversee the implementation, maintenance and the adoption of corporate IT systems and services, including hardware, business applications, and networks.

• Drive the Change Management processes to accompany business functions during the deployment of IT projects.

• Negotiate strategic IT/IS contracts, optimizing vendor partnerships and ensuring cost-effective solutions.

• Nurture partnerships with top-tier IT/IS global service providers, scaling the IT/IS organization to support business growth.

• Oversees Strategic cybersecurity in strong collaboration group security to enforce Cybersecurity standards and ensure swift and effective response to any cybersecurity vulnerability / incidents and breach.

• Strategic stakeholder in strong collaboration with the Data protection & privacy team to ensure compliance within the systems and projects.

• Leverage the existing strategic Data transformation in the company and drive the necessary changes through digital technologies and strategies.

• Strategic stakeholder in the alignment with corporate data governance and related data management initiatives.

Qualifications:

• University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• 10+ years of experience in IT management.

• Strong leadership, growth mindset, active listening, and problem-solving skills.

• Proven track record of success in developing and implementing IT strategies in a global and highly secured environment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Up-to-date knowledge of IT trends and technologies, continuous survey.

• Solid understanding of IT Governance principles with continuous improvement mindset. Experienced with framework such ITIL, DMM, CMMI, ISO 27001

• Strong analytical & creative thinking & technical knowledge in modern corporate digital identity platform, corporate data management platform, development platform, all in a cloud first environment (SAAS, PAAS, IAAS)

• General scientific and technological literacy interests.

• Confidence and flexibility to often work under significant pressure to deliver effective and high-quality services, solutions, and designs.

• Proven multi-tasking skills and desire to resolve problems with a positive 'can-do' and hands-on attitude.

• Experience in global team management.
