Your Responsibilities
  • Assist in developing and maintaining our data warehouse in BigQuery, ensuring optimal data accuracy, integrity and accessibility
  • Perform comprehensive data analysis using statistical methods and data mining to uncover trends, patterns and correlations that influence business outcomes
  • Support in designing and implementing intuitive visualizations, dashboards and reports that effectively communicate complex data insights to stakeholders across the company. This includes designing and updating the company-wide dashboard that monitors KPIs
  • Aid in building predictive models to forecast future trends and outcomes, enhancing our ability to make forward-thinking decisions
  • Assist in establishing and enforcing data governance standards and procedures to maintain high data quality, consistency and security
  • Work closely with teams across Marketing, Retail and Salesforce-Development to support data-driven projects, ensuring strategic alignment and smooth data integration
  • Support strategic data initiatives to improve business performance and operational efficiency
  • Provide training and guidance to team members on data analysis tools, techniques and best practices fostering a data-informed organization culture
Your Responsibilities

How you make us even stronger
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics or related field
  • Basic experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role is a plus
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python; familiarity with R is beneficial
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar
  • Understanding of machine learning techniques and algorithms preferred
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languaged such as German is beneficial
