ROLE OVERVIEW

The Engineering department is pivotal in our organization, overseeing project management, design, and characterization. They focus on delivering customer-driven engineering projects with direct customer interaction while also executing the technology roadmap for modulators, photodiodes, and related components. Additionally, they define and execute EU projects, ensuring the advancement and innovation of our technology portfolio.

Your Responsibilities
  • Refactoring and developing data analytics code
  • Building and implementing Gitops tools
  • Building tools for dashboards creation and deployment
Your Profile
  1. For this position, we are looking for a person with an interest in gaining experience in the area of data science to join our device testing team. They will work closely with engineers to help them build tools to improve code testing, automatic documentation generation but also conduct more in depth work such as code refactoring and PyPi packaging.

● Computer science or data science background

● Proficiency in Python

● Knowledge of git

● Experience with CI/CD

● Proficiency in SQL

● Experience with data analysis and communication

● Open minded, communicative, critical and innovative

● Working proficiencies in English

● Work/residence permit for Switzerland or Swiss/EU citizenship.
