- Du bist offen, stehst für eine transparente Arbeitsweise ein und arbeitest gerne in einem crossfunktionalen Team, bestehend aus Disziplinen von der Customer Experience bis zum DevSecOps Engineer.
- Du bist proaktiv, bringst neue Ideen ein und brennst dafür, das Kreditgeschäft weiterzubringen.
- Du hast sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten, erkennst Zusammenhänge und kannst auch anspruchsvolle Themenbereiche gut strukturieren.
