Im Bereich der Mikrobiologischen Qualitätskontrolle (MBQC) des Departements Qualitätsmanagement suchen wir ab oder nach Vereinbarung einen

Laboratory professional (m/w/d) 50 %

Die Gruppe Mikrobiologie 3 (MBQC-MB3) ist integraler Bestand der QC-Mikrobiologie am Standort Bern, die sich aus 3 Laborgruppen zusammensetzt. Das Routineteam ist verantwortlich für termingerechte Durchführung der mikrobiologischen QC Analytik. Darüber hinaus arbeitet das Team eng mit der mikrobiologischen Analytical Technology-Gruppe zusammen, um innovative Systeme und Methoden in den QC-Labors zu etablieren.

Die Laborgruppe MB3 ist primär verantwortlich für die Durchführung des freigaberelevanten Bakterien Endotoxintest. Im Weiteren ist das Labor zuständig für die Messung von subvisuellen Partikeln, sowie für die Prüfung der Dichtheit von Packmittelsystemen. Darüber hinaus ist die Laborgruppe eigenverantwortlich zuständig für die Beschaffung von Labormaterialien und Instandhaltung von Geräten in Ihrem Bereich. Hierbei wird sie von verschiedenen Service-Teams unterstützt.

Kompetenzen und Verantwortlichkeit

  • Einhaltung von Sicherheitsvorschriften
  • Durchführung von der Bakteriellen Endotoxinbestimmung für IPK-Proben, Endprodukte, Wasser, Reinigungsvalidierungen, und Rohmaterial
  • Herstellung und Auswertung von Entpyrogenisierungs-Indikatoren
  • Bestimmung von subvisuellen Partikeln
  • Physikalischer Container Closure Integrity Test (pCCIT)
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung und Überarbeitung der für den Bereich relevanten Arbeitsanweisungen (SOPs)
  • Mitarbeit bei der Evaluation, Entwicklung, Validierung und Re-Validierung von mikrobiologischen und biologischen Analysenverfahren
  • Mitarbeit bei der laufenden Optimierung von Methoden und Abläufen im Labor
  • Konsequente, fach- und termingerechte Meldung von OOX- Resultaten und Abweichungen
  • Verantwortlich für die Untersuchung der Abweichungen, welche innerhalb der Gruppe MBQC-MB3 auftreten und Erstellung der dazugehörigen Berichte
  • Mitarbeit bei der GMP-konformen Wartung, Kalibrierung und der Überwachung des GMP-Status der Analysengeräte (SAP)
  • Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung der Dokumentation zur Inventarisierung neuer Geräte, Erstellen von Anträgen für Aufnahme der (neuen) Geräte im MMS und LIMS- System und Erstellen von Anträgen zur Ausserbetriebnahme und Entsorgung
  • Mitarbeit bei der Beschaffung und Lagerverwaltung von Verbrauchs- und Labormaterial
  • Allgemeine Labortätigkeiten und administrative Aufgaben im GMP-Umfeld

Qualifikationen und Berufserfahrung

  • Ausbildung als Biolaborant (idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Mikrobiologie) oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung.
  • fundierte Kenntnisse in der mikrobiologischen Analytik/Diagnostik im Pharma- und GMP-Umfeld
  • Erfahrung mit mikrobiologischen Arbeiten im QC-Labor werden erwartet
  • Kenntnisse bezüglich Hygiene und aseptischer Arbeitstechniken
  • Aufmerksamkeit für Details sowie eine präzise und analytische Arbeitsweise
  • Flexibilität für die Arbeit in einem dynamischen Arbeitsumfeld und die Fähigkeit, sowohl selbstständig als auch im Team zu arbeiten wird ebenfalls erwartet.
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (in Wort und Schrift), Englischkenntnisse wären von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit LIMS, Abweichungssystemen und Bestellwesen
  • Integre Persönlichkeit, kommunikationsfähig und belastbar
