Senior Process Engineer

m/w/d | Schweiz, Pfäffikon (ZH) | 80-100% | Unbefristet

Ihr Aufgabengebiet
  • Entwicklung, Engineering und Produktionsbetreuung von Stecksystemen und Geräten (Gerätebau Kühlsysteme) für High Power Charging Systems (HPC, NACS, MCS)
  • Technische Unterstützung und Beratung der Markt-Segmente und unserer internationalen Produktionsstandorte
  • Betreuung und Aufbau von Lieferanten / Partnern für die ausgelagerten Produktionsprozesse (Kühlsysteme)
  • Koordination und Kommunikation zwischen den Produktionsstandorten zur Produkt- & Prozess-Synchronisierung zwischen Tunesien, China und Schweiz
  • Leitung und Mitarbeit von internationalen Projekten
  • Daten-Analyse für Prozess- und Qualitätsverbesserungen
  • Automatisieren, digitalisieren und optimieren (CIP) von existierenden Produktions- und Prüfanlagen
Ihr Profil
  • Höhere technische Ausbildung (FH, ETH), zum Beispiel Maschinenbau mit Schwerpunkt Mechatronik, Elektrotechnik oder Energiemanagement
  • Erfahrung im Gerätebau sowie auch in der Automations-, Fertigungs- und Montagetechnik sind von Vorteil
  • Berufserfahrung in der Realisierung von interdisziplinären Projekten im technischen Umfeld
  • Flair für komplexe technische und physikalische Zusammenhänge sowie im Umgang mit Zahlen und Daten für statistische Analysen
  • Hohe Sozialkompetenz, Organisations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Bereitschaft und Fähigkeit zur Kooperation in internationalen und bereichsübergreifenden Teams
  • Englisch verhandlungssicher sowie gute Deutschkenntnisse
  • Globale Reisebereitschaft ca. 30 %
