Validation Engineer for a globally operating Neuchatel based company in the pharmaceutical sector.

Your tasks:

  • Developing validation plans, protocols, and reports for new products and processes, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and internal requirements
  • Executing validation activities, including IQ, OQ, PQ, test method validation, and process validation, utilizing appropriate tools and methodologies
  • Analyzing validation data and providing insights to optimizing product and process performance, reliability, and compliance
  • Revising risk analysis and validation plans as needed based on project requirements
  • Overseeing the execution of SAT protocols, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company guidelines
  • Developing and executing performance qualification protocols for CIP, SIP processes, including surface sampling, thermal mapping, and handling of Bioindicators

Your experience/knowledge:

  • 5+ years of experience in validation CIP, SIP, and Equipment qualification within the pharmaceutical industry
  • Extensive experience with filling equipment such as filling lines, freeze dryers, depyrogenation tunnels, vials washers, stopper washing and sterilization, and isolators
  • Familiarity with ASTM approach
  • Proficiency in writing and executing digitalized protocols, preferably using Kneat software

  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
