Wir suchen einen engagierten IT Project Manager (m/w/d), um unser dynamisches Team zu verstärken. Die Position ist zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt an unserem Standort in Zürich zu besetzen. Homeoffice ist dabei mehrmals die Woche möglich (2-3 Tage).

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Projektmanagement in der Software-Entwicklung mit Fokus auf Zielerreichung von Time, Quality and Budget
  • Ansprechpartner für den Kunden in allen Belangen des Projektes von den Vorabklärungen über den GoLive bis zur Nachbetreuung
  • End-to-end Verantwortung für die Lieferung vereinbarter Digital Banking-Lösungen bei nationalen und internationalen Banken
  • Definition und Abstimmung realistischer Projektziele unter dem Aspekt der Wirtschaftlichkeit und Umsetzbarkeit
  • Aufbau geeigneter Team- sowie Kommunikationsstrukturen zur Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Informationsflusses
  • Begleitung und Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Angeboten und Verträgen
  • Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung von Konzepten und der fachlichen/ technischen Lösungsfindung
  • Risk & Change Management, Financial Project-Controlling und Planung des Ressourcenbedarfes
  • Abgeschlossenes Bachelor- oder Master-Studium der Informatik oder vergleichbar
  • Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung in der Leitung von Software-Kundenprojekten
  • Projektmanagement-Zertifizierung (z. B. PMI, Prince2, GPM) oder gleichwertige Erfahrung in Scrum und SAFe
  • Erfahrung mit Geschäftsprozessen im Bankensektor wie Zahlungsverkehr, Vermögenswerte und Mobile Anwendungen (iOS & Android)
  • Hohe Qualitätsansprüche und gute Verkaufs- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten
  • Ausgeprägtes Zeitmanagement, Planungs- und Organisationstalent
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse für die Arbeit in einem internationalen Team
  • Das Schweizer oder EU-Bürgerrecht mit Bewilligung B oder C
