Legal Counsel 100% | Männedorf
Was erwartet Sie
  • Unterstützung der Unternehmensbereiche sowie der Geschäftsleitung der EMS Group bei täglichen Rechtsfragen weltweit
  • Ausarbeitung, Prüfung und Verhandlung von Verträgen aller Art, insbesondere Kauf-, Liefer- sowie Kooperations- und Entwicklungsverträge
  • Verantwortung für die Bearbeitung von Rechtsfällen, die Durchsetzung oder Abwehr von Ansprüchen aller Art, inklusive Instruktion externer Anwälte
  • Leitung von Projekten mit rechtlichem Bezug
  • Unterstützung bei Compliance-Fragen, beim Corporate Housekeeping und bei der Wahrnehmung börsenrechtlicher Meldepflichten
  • Legal Audits bei den Tochtergesellschaften der EMS Group
Was bringen Sie mit
  • Abgeschlossenes juristisches Studium (CH), Zusatzausbildung von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung in der Rechtsabteilung eines international tätigen Konzerns oder einer wirtschaftlich ausgerichteten Anwaltskanzlei
  • Sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch (Wort und Schrift)
  • Gute MS-Office Kenntnisse
  • Unternehmerisch denkende Persönlichkeit mit gutem Verhandlungsgeschick
  • Analytische Denkweise und selbstständige, exakte Arbeitsweise
