So bringen Sie sich ein:
  • Umsetzen, Betreuen und Optimieren von kleineren Bestandes- und Neukundenkampagnen mit dem Fokus auf die Umsetzung im BSI CRM durch die Nutzung des Moduls «CX»
  • Aufbereiten von Lead-Upload-Files unter Berücksichtigung der hohen Qualitätsstandard
  • Kontrollieren und Triagieren der Leads gemäss entsprechender Kampagnenlogik
  • Sicherstellen der Einhaltung der definierten SLAs hinsichtlich der Leadbearbeitung
  • Übernehmen der Triage von Kundenanliegen an die richtigen Fachabteilungen
Das zeichnet Sie aus:
  • Sie verfügen über eine Aus- und/oder Weiterbildung im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation oder CRM.
  • Sie haben Anwenderkenntnisse im Bereich CRM, idealerwiese BSI CRM oder z.B. SAP oder Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Sie haben bereits Erfahrung im Leadmanagement gesammelt, Erfahrung in der Versicherungsbranche ist von Vorteil.
  • Sie beherrschen Deutsch mündlich und schriftlich auf Niveau C1/C2.
  • Sie haben Freude an der Arbeit im Team und haben eine konstruktive und pragmatische Grundhaltung.
  • Sie sind umsetzungsstark und belastbar.
