Your tasks
  • The Data analyst for Service + Success department focuses on Power BI and Analytics tools to be used by the Management Team to monitor the activity and support decision making process.
  • BI and Analytics tools for KPIs and Reporting (40%) :
  • Analyze business requirements, databases, and available BI tools, researching market offerings.
  • Develop and maintain a robust BI system, including database management, visualization, access control, and dashboard creation, aiming to streamline operations and save time.
  • Standard and ad hoc business analysis (20%) : Sales parts, balance scorecard, ...
  • Field Service Management Software (40%) :
  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and stories with SAP Analytics Cloud focusing on intuitive navigation and actionable visualizations.
  • Prove real-time insights by measuring and monitoring various KPIs essential for effective decision-making in the realm of service management.
Your profile
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, Data Analytics or a related field (master's degree is a plus - M2 or MBA).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Good understanding of statistic tools and ability to perform statistical analyses.
  • At ease with Board BI or same software
