Notre Laboratoire Central à Genève est à la recherche d'un(e) Technicien(ne) de Laboratoire afin de renforcer nos équipes au sein du département de Safety Testing pour un contrat temporaire de 12 mois.

Note: Travail du mardi au samedi.

Sur ce poste, vos responsabilités seront les suivantes:
  • Effectuer les tests laboratoires cliniques affectés avec précision, dans le délai imparti.
  • Préparer le poste de travail et l'instrumentation pour les tests affectés.
  • Manipuler dûment les échantillons, résoudre indépendamment les problèmes techniques liés aux échantillons en vue des analyses et du stockage et contacter les clients internes pour clarification selon les besoins.
  • Utiliser les instruments pour exécuter les tests conformément aux procédures écrites établies.
  • Exécuter des tests et calculs de routine selon les besoins.
  • Résoudre les problèmes d'essais de routine et ceux inhabituels
  • S'assurer de la validité des résultats des tests en exécutant des procédures établies d'assurance qualité et de contrôle qualité.
  • Effectuer les expérimentations, selon le calendrier, en vue de l'évaluation de nouveaux lots Étalonneur et/ou QC. Établir la synthèse des résultats des investigations et compiler les données en vue d'un examen par le management.
  • Documenter les résultats du contrôle de la qualité, les interprèter conformément aux règles Westgard ou autres procédures de service établies et documenter avec précision les écarts, avertissements et violations des valeurs de contrôle.
  • Documenter les mesures correctives pour des occurrences inhabituelles (par ex. violations QC, problèmes apparentés aux instruments).
  • S'assurer que la maintenance des instruments et équipements soit exécutée conformément aux exigences du fabricant et de la SOP, et documentée conformément à la SOP.
  • Comprendre les metrics et les objectifs du service.
Education / Qualifications:
  • Technicien Médical titulaire CFC, ou Technicien Biologie Pharmaceutique (titulaire CFC), ou Technicien Médical titulaire d'un diplôme de Technologue Médical d'une école publique suisse, ou Technicien Médical titulaire d'un BTS, DUT, diplôme d'IUT, ou Titulaire d'un diplôme de Technicien Médical étranger avec attestation d'équivalence de la Croix Rouge suisse
Experience:
  • Capacité de lire des protocoles en anglais
