Dein Team und deine Mission

Das Valuation Data Management Team ist auf die effiziente Verarbeitung grosser Datenmengen spezialisiert und Teil der länderübergreifenden Business Unit REX (Real Estate Experts).

Als Datenspezialist:innen unterstützen wir mit unserem Know-how die Bewertungsteams bei der Besichtigung und Bewertung von Immobilien. Zu unseren Aufgaben gehören die Planung optimaler Besichtigungstouren, sowie der Import und die Aktualisierung von Objektdaten. Der Schwerpunkt liegt dabei auf der Datenaufbereitung und -integration in die Bewertungssoftware Wüest Dimensions, teilweise unterstützt durch Python-Skripte. Darüber hinaus bietet das Team allgemeine Unterstützung im Bewertungsprozess an.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Übernahme der Verantwortung für die 1. Instanz-Prüfung von eingehenden Daten für die Immobilien-Bewertung sowie Sicherstellung derer Qualität
  • Verantwortung für die Analyse, Prüfung und Verwaltung der Unterlagen für Immobilienbewertungen
  • Selbstständige Aufbereitung von Daten und Pflege von Datenverarbeitungstools
  • Stetiger Austausch mit Auftraggebern betreffend Vollständigkeit und Tiefe der Daten
  • Vorbereitung und Unterstützung bei der Bewertung von Immobilien und Immobilienportfolios
  • 1. Level Support für die Bewerter:innen als Power-User von Wüest Dimensions
  • Unterstützung der Projektleitung intern und extern mit u.a. Terminplanung und Koordination

Du bringst mit

  • Bevorzugt kaufmännischer oder technischer Lehrabschluss und/oder aktuell in einem (Fach-) Hochschulstudium oder gleichwertige Berufserfahrung
  • Grundkenntnisse in Python oder anderen Programmiersprachen von Vorteil sowie Offenheit, sich diese anzueignen
  • Gewandter Umgang mit IT-gestützten Arbeitsinstrumenten und ein Flair für Daten sowie sehr gute Kenntnisse in Excel
  • Interesse an immobilienspezifischen Fragestellungen und an der Immobilien-Branche
  • Strukturierte, konzentrierte und präzise Arbeitsweise, hohe Zuverlässigkeit
  • Gute Auftrittskompetenz und starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, gute Englischkenntnisse, Französisch von Vorteil
