Für unsere Tochtergesellschaft Stardrinks AG suchen wir zur Stärkung unseres Kunden Service Centers (Value Creation) in Winterthur von August 2024 bis März Monate) eine selbständige Persönlichkeit als Werkstudent:in/Analyst Value Creation (40%-60%).

Zu Deinen Hauptaufgaben gehören in diesem spannenden Arbeitsgebiet folgende Schwerpunkte:

  • Aufbereiten von wöchentlichen Kennzahlen und Key Performance Indicators
  • Durchführung von Prozess- und Datenanalysen im Bereich Supply Chain & Customer Service
  • Durchführen und Auswerten von Kundenzufriedenheitsumfragen
  • Verbesserung des Reportingwesens bzgl. Effektivität und Effizienz
  • Vorantreiben der Automatisierung und Digitalisierung des Value Creation Reportingwesens
  • Teilnahme an Cross-Funktionalen Projekten für die Bereiche Customer Service, Supply Chain & Sales

Um diese spannende Aufgabe erfolgreich zu erfüllen, erwarten wir folgende Voraussetzungen:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft oder ähnlich, oder aktuell im Studium
  • Gute Microsoft Excel Kenntnisse
  • Grundkenntnisse SAP und Power Bi
  • Hohe Affinität für Daten und analytisches Flair
  • Erfahrung in der Verarbeitung grosser Datenmengen
  • Interesse für die FMCG-Branche und den Bereichen Supply Chain und/oder Customer Service
  • Problemlösungs- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten, hohe Eigenmotivation und "can-do» Mentalität
  • Sehr gute Deutsch-Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift und Englischkenntnisse, jede weitere Landessprache von Vorteil
