We are in search of a driven and seasoned high voltage engineer possessing a solid background in electrical engineering to assist in our laboratory operations and collaborate with peers from Service, Engineering, and Sales departments.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute your expertise in an active setting. Your practical knowledge will aid our Quality and Process Engineering team in resolving process deviations through cooperation and lean methodologies.

Your duties include
- Conducting electrical, thermal, and specialized tests on our High Voltage bushing product line. Determine whether to plan these tests internally or externally, considering resource and budget constraints.
- Leading in-house Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs) with customers and conducting routine, type, or specialized tests as needed.
- Ensuring the optimal functioning and safety of the laboratories (including updating maintenance schedules, guidelines, and training materials)
- Guaranteeing the quality and traceability of bushing products through process directives.
- Acting as the deputy of the testing department head, overseeing operational tasks such as resource allocation. As a part of the operations division, you must comprehend and fully support our day-to-day operations.
- Managing mid to small-sized projects
- Reviewing all procedures and guidelines as part of continuous improvement initiatives (CIP)
Your profile should include
- Successful completion of electrical engineering studies or an equivalent, holding a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Science.
- Background in high voltage, testing, electrical machinery, and experience in a Production setting is advantageous
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 and ISO 17025 standards
- Proficiency in German (business level) and English (written and spoken)
- Team-oriented with strong social skills, enjoying a multicultural work environment
- Flexibility and a passion for technology
- Proactive approach to problem-solving
- Well-organized with excellent prioritization abilities
