Sales Representative Primary Care

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir einen/ eine Pharmaberater Primary Care. In Ihrer Verkaufsregion (SG, TG, AI/AR, GR, FL,GL, ZH Oberland) sind Sie für die Vermarktung der Rx Produkte von CSL Vifor im Bereich Primary Care verantwortlich.
Das Aufgabengebiet umfasst folgende Tätigkeiten:
- Betreuung von niedergelassenen Allgemeinärzten mit dem Rx Produkteportfolio für Primary Care
- Entwicklung von Strategien und Geschäftspläne zur Erreichung der allgemeinen Geschäftsziele
- Erreichen von taktischen Verkaufszielen innerhalb des regionalen Gebietes
- regelmässige Analyse der Gebietsverkaufsdaten und Definition und Implementierung der geeigneten Massnahmen
- Umsetzung der Marketing- und Verkaufsstrategie mit Omnichannel Aktivitäten
- Kontinuierliche Markt- und Wettbewerbsbeobachtung
- Organisation und Durchführung von Veranstaltungen und Round-Tables
- Aktive Teilnahme an nationalen Kongressen und Fortbildungsveranstaltungen
- Konstruktive Zusammenarbeit mit funktionsübergreifenden Kolleg*Innen
Um diese Tätigkeit erfolgreich auszuüben, verfügen Sie über folgendes Profil:
- Eine naturwissenschaftliche/para-medizinische Ausbildung ist von Vorteil
- Die Ausbildung als Pharma-Spezialist/in mit Eidg. Fachausweis (SHQA) ist erwünscht
- Mehrere Jahre Erfahrung als Pharmaberater/in vorzugsweise im Gebiet Ost
- Hohe Eigenverantwortung und Selbstständigkeit
- Ausgezeichnete Verhandlungs- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, gepaart mit einem sicheren und gepflegten Auftreten
- Handlungspersönlichkeit mit Initiative und Unternehmergeist
- Professioneller Umgang mit CRM-Systemen und MS-Office
- Muttersprache Deutsch/Schweizer-Deutsch, gute Englischkenntnisse und ideal Französischkenntnisse
- Sie wohnen in Ihrem zu betreuenden Gebiet
