INTERN PEOPLE EVENTS & INTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS (100%)

DEINE MISSION BEI IWC.
  • People Events: Du unterstützt tatkräftig bei der Planung und Durchführung interner People Events wie unserer Weihnachtsfeier und Jubiläumsfeier sowie verschiedener Lunch-and-Learns für unser Wellbeing-Programm.
  • Kommunikationsinitiativen: Du wirkst in den Kommunikationsstrategien rund um die Themen Nachhaltigkeit und Wellbeing, insbesondere im Bereich mentaler Gesundheit mit und hilfst, diese in der Organisation zu verankern.
  • Content Creation: Du unterstützt uns dabei, ein einheitliches Look & Feel für unsere internen Kommunikationskanäle zu gewährleisten, indem du ansprechende Assets für unseren Content erstellst.
  • Strategieimplementierung: Du hilfst bei der Implementierung der internen Kommunikationsstrategie.
WIE DU TEIL DER REISE WIRST.
  • Ausbildung: Du befindest Dich derzeit in einem akademischen Programm (Bachelor/Master) oder hast kürzlich Deinen Abschluss gemacht.
  • Sprachkenntnisse: Du hast eine sehr gute Ausdrucksfähigkeit in Deutsch und Englisch.
  • Technische Skills: Idealerweise gute Erfahrungen mit Canva, Content Management und Newsletter-Tools.
  • Kreative Skills: Ein gutes Gespür im Texten und Gestalten von Content.
  • Soziale Skills: Du gehst gerne auf Menschen zu, kannst schnell vertrauensvolle Beziehungen aufbauen und bist ein empathischer Teamplayer.
  • Proaktivität: Du verstehst schnell das grosse Ganze, kannst "out of the box" denken und bist proaktiv im Mitdenken und Handeln.
