YOUR CHALLENGE
  • Unpack, sort incoming mail from the post office and distribute it to mailing stations by department (4 buildings)
  • Collect timely, dispatch and deliver internal and external mail, documents, and parcels
  • Operate the Post shuttle by vehicle between our 2 internal post offices (4 times/day)
  • Be in charge of the reception of express mail (DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc.) and handling of registered letters, with accompanying form against signature
  • Manage DHL packaging and airwaybills
  • Send, receive, and track Checks with central department in Zurich
  • Handle the external logistics transports requests if necessary (vehicle) and b asic office supply and small warehouse management
  • Be responsible for general building maintenance, including minor repairs and troubleshooting as well as premises equipment inspection activities
  • Supervise cleaning activities (meeting and quality checks with cleaning company twice a month)
  • Participate in various departmental tasks such as office moving & rearrangement, paper destruction as well as administrative tasks
  • Manage the access controls – order and set up of badges
YOUR PROFILE
  • Swiss drivers' license
  • Ability to work according to flexible hours (early morning shifts) and be versatile
  • Be service-oriented with a high level of integrity, loyalty, and team spirit
  • Possess good organizational skills to accurately keep track of deliveries and logs recording
  • Meet delivery deadlines with effective time management skills, applying routes optimization and schedules management efficiency
  • Master the main Microsoft tools
  • French mother tongue and good knowledge of English (B1 minimum)
  • Have a proven experience in the role. Experience in the banking field is a plus
  • Swiss nationality or B/C work permit and domiciled in Switzerland
  • Hold a vocational training in the vehicles, logistics or industry areas with a federal certificate
