  • User and License Management:
    • Handle all aspects of user and license management, including new user setup, deactivation, and updates.
    • Manage user roles, profiles, permissions, and public groups to ensure proper access and security within Salesforce.


  • User Support:
    • Address and resolve user support tickets related to Salesforce issues and queries.
    • Provide timely and effective solutions to enhance user experience and system efficiency.


  • Requirement Gathering:
    • Collaborate with users and stakeholders to identify and document business requirements.
    • Translate business needs into Salesforce configurations and enhancements.


  • Salesforce Configuration:
    • Implement and manage Salesforce configuration changes including but not limited to:
      • Flows (Automation)
      • Custom fields and objects
      • Page layouts and record types
      • Custom settings and validation rules
      • Dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making.





Your Profile:

  • 1-3 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
  • Proven ability to manage and configure Salesforce environments effectively.
