You will take responsibility for their administrative and organizational activities and ensure that daily business runs smoothly.Your IMPACT:
Coordination of complex business trips including airline, hotel and local transportation booking, coordination of team meeting venues and entry visa's Manage regional community call invites with 100+ attendees spread globally including external stakeholder Efficient calendar management, scheduling, preparation and follow-up of meetings as well as coordination with other interfacing Executive Assistant's Weekly and monthly multi-zone calendar balance in advance to avoid double ups/overlaps and allow time for F2F engagements Attending staff meetings as well as organizing international events Creating and preparing presentations, key figures and analyses as well as managing data and documents Our offer: We provide the freedom to make your own decisions.
Take on responsibility for the success of an international group You are agile, location-independent and global since this is how you initiate worldwide disruption Mentoring program: Get support from experienced colleagues or become a mentor yourself Work with purpose We are a green company with a sense of responsibility and sustainability Your profile: Business administration background and several years of professional experience in a similar position at executive level in an international company Independently, meet deadlines and ensure that the superiors' day-to-day work runs smoothly by thinking ahead Proficient in the MS Office package and good knowledge of AI Tools to drive efficiency, productivity and speed Empathetic, action oriented, precise, proactive, well-structured and resilient English fluency is a must, German as a plus Your next step?
