PMO Audit Coordinator

A leading pharmaceutical company is looking for a PMO Audit Coordinator. This role is based in Basel, Switzerland.

Background:

As SME of the Risk & Audit Framework, you will play a key role in the related contribution to achieve a higher maturity in the area of governance, risk management & internal controls by:strengthening & improving the ASPIRE audit coordination activities via implementing best
practices
accommodating and benefiting from all audits via effective planning, collaboration with auditors/partner functions and successful execution & finalisation of actions
implementation cycle integrated tracking and sharing of lessons learned within the organisation
As a SME you will actively promote and stimulate development and coaching of Audit SPOCs and key contacts of ARTs, value streams and workstreams.

Tasks & ResponsibilitiesContributes to overall planning, preparation and coordination of audit activitiesEnsures that all related internal and external audits are properly incorporated into theannual planCoordinates all assigned audit activities and undertakes related SPOC's dutiesOrganizes and coordinates all internal and external meetings (incl. meeting invites & recordings, follow ups required)Prepares templates, presentations and other reportsMaintains audit repository based on inputs and guidance. Ensures all accesses to relatedinformation sources (tracking tools) are provided to team members as requiredSupports related teams during audit fieldwork as well as during pre and post auditactivitiesWorks closely with the Audit SPOCs and related key contacts of ARTs, value streams and workstreamsEnsures audit observations & management actions for all assigned audits are documentedin related tracking tools accordingly and status follow-ups are undertaken regularlyHandles all follow-up actions as needed and prepare reportsResponsible for raising issues and initiate actions as required
Key RequirementsA solid higher education in a business-related field and a minimum of 3 years of related work experience in audit (business) and/or in other internal assurance (governance) & coordination roles in an international environment Solid skills and knowledge in the operational business and have an in-depth understanding of business processes (preferred) Adequate expertise in the area of project management, coaching of individuals and teamsAble to influence your customers and business partners during presentations and project meetings and communicate in a manner appropriate to a target audience in the processDemonstrated ability to inspire and foster collaborative relationships with ability to engage resources inside and outside of direct-control to gain consensus, meet deadlines, achieve goals and objectivesStrong stakeholder management, change management skills, outstanding customer service mindset and interpersonal skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and preferably, German speaking skills.
