Ihr Wirkungsfeld beim neuen Arbeitgeber

  • Sie übernehmen die fachliche Verantwortung und Führung der Finanzbuchhaltung, einschliesslich Hauptbuch, Lager- und Anlagebuchhaltung und sorgen für eine strukturierte Organisation der Finanzprozesse
  • Die selbstständige Durchführung von Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen nach OR sowie die jährliche Revision liegt in Ihrer Verantwortung und erfordert höchste Genauigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Unterstützung bei der Liquiditätsplanung und Vertretung in der Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung sind Teil Ihres abwechslungsreichen Aufgabengebiets
  • Erstellung der MWST-Abrechnungen, Steuererklärungen und Aufbereitung der Finanzzahlen für das Controlling inklusive Budget, Forecast und Bilanzanalysen gehören ebenfalls zu Ihren Aufgaben

  • Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung ergänzt durch mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position ist ideal
  • Eine Weiterbildung als Fachfrau/Fachmann im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen haben Sie erfolgreich abgeschlossen
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in MS-Office, insbesondere Excel, sowie die Fähigkeit, komplexe finanzielle Sachverhalte präzise und strukturiert darzustellen, sind erforderlich
  • Ihre selbstständige, zuverlässige und exakte Arbeitsweise sowie gute Deutschkenntnisse und idealerweise weitere Sprachkenntnisse runden Ihr Profil ab
