DAS ÖFFNET DIE TÜR ZU DEINER ZUKUNFT: DEINE AUFGABEN

  • Marketingstrategie des Unternehmens in allen relevanten Dimensionen, einschließlich Corporate Marketing, Branding, Kommunikation sowie Product Marketing und Demand Generation, entwickeln, ausrichten und umsetzen
  • Verantwortung für einen jährlichen Marketingplan übernehmen, der auf der Marketingstrategie und ihren wichtigsten Zielen basiert und auf das Budget des Unternehmens abgestimmt ist
  • Wirksamkeit aller Marketing- und Kommunikationsaktivitäten überwachen und messen
  • Führung - d.h. aufbauen, managen und coachen - eines leistungsstarken Marketing- und Kommunikationsteams
  • Management der Marke und ihrer Integrität, um eine konsistente Kommunikation des Zwecks, der Vision, der Mission und der Werte des Unternehmens auf allen Kanälen zu gewährleisten (gegenüber Kunden und Partnern, als Arbeitgeber und gegenüber den Eigentümern)
  • Leitung der internen und externen Kommunikation sowie der Pressearbeit

  • Min. 5 Jahre Erfahrung in Marketing- und/oder Vertriebsfunktionen, umfassende Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Online-Medien, PR und Kommunikation, Kreativität, Markenmanagement
  • Bachelor-Abschluss (oder gleichwertiger Universitäts-/Hochschulabschluss) in Marketing, Psychologie, Kommunikation, Werbung, Betriebswirtschaft oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet
  • Allgemeine Qualifikation oder erworbene Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb und/oder Marketing von Technologie, Web und/oder Software
  • Ausgeprägte unternehmerische Denkweise; strukturierte und analytische Denkweise; ergebnisorientiert; hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Du bist kommunikationsstark und sicher sowohl in deutscher als auch in englischer Sprache und verstehst es, komplexe Inhalte verständlich und überzeugend zu präsentieren.
