Your Responsibilities:


Process order management

  • Physical and transactional activities
  • Request components needed for production from Warehouses (internal and external)
  • Organize special release when required with the dedicated MRP
  • Receive and control components, label when needed
  • Stage, prepare and dispatch components
  • Good issue components (consumption)
  • Good receipt produce material
  • Proceed/support process order closure activities

Material and inventory management

  • Ensure accuracy and alignment between systems and physical inventory
  • Store materials accordingly to storage and temperature conditions
  • Handle carefully materials to prevent losses and scrap
  • Trigger consumable replenishment
  • Prepare and ship biologics materials in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
  • Proceed to relevant physical and transactional transactions (consume, transfer, scrap, ...)
  • Execute cycle count
  • Support outbound delivery's according to Shipment agreement

Support/backup Logistic Team Leader

  • Ensure business/operation continuity as per assigned duties

Process improvement

  • Contribute and deploy Global and Local initiatives
  • Contribute to harmonized / standardized KPI's definition
  • Use harmonized / standardized KPI's to define improvement initiatives and action plan
  • Identify, share with pears, and propose best practice to line manager

Your Profil:

  • Apprenticeship or comparable in Logistic management
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical industry
  • Competent using MS Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint as well as ERP/MES and other Supply Chain systems
