This individual will be responsible for developing the Category and driving growth, profitability, and market share, by leveraging operations and R&D capabilities, market intelligence, sales and customer feedback

  • Strategy: Develop and implement the Category strategy, aligned with corporate strategy and market evolutions
  • Shape and Grow Category: Lead product portfolio management, including additions through acquisitions and partnerships, innovation projects, and product life-cycle management
  • Product Management and Marketing: Develop product positioning and pricing strategies to drive growth, enhance competitiveness and ensure profitability
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop the team, including Product Management, Strategic Marketing, and Technical Support, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Profile
