- Du übernimmst die kommerzielle Verantwortung unserer Bereiche Health Insurances & Health.
- Du bist in engem Austausch mit unseren Krankenkassen-Partnern und verantwortest deren Zusammenarbeitsverträge inkl. Preisgestaltung, Verhandlungen und Pilotierung von neuen Services.
- Im Austausch mit Gesundheitsnetzwerken baust du Kooperationen für neue online Services unseres Health Bereiches auf.
- Du erstellst und pflegst zusammen mit dem Team die Produktbereichs-Roadmap (Health Insurances & Health) und planst sowie koordinierst die nächsten strategischen Schritte daraus.
- In Zusammenarbeit mit dem Scrum Team definierst du die Business-Requirements für die Umsetzung neuer Prozesse & Services aus deiner kommerziellen Verantwortung.
- Du analysierst und rapportierst regelmässig die Financial KPIs des Produktbereiches und erkennst proaktiv die richtigen Stellschrauben zu dessen Optimierung.
- Du präsentierst komplexe Themen unterschiedlichsten Stakeholdern (Board of Directors, Executive Board, Core Competence Teams, Business- und Service-Partners) und teilst dein Fachwissen.
- Du arbeitest eng mit dem Management zusammen und führst richtungsweisende Entscheide herbei.
- Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Digital Business mit, die du idealerweise in der Versicherungsbranche und/oder Gesundheitsbranche gesammelt hast. Weitere Erfahrungen im Bereich Business Development sind ein Plus.
- Du bist mit der Digitalisierung der Versicherungsbranche sehr vertraut und hast ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis bezüglich der Entwicklung von Online-Services.
- Du generierst Insights aus verschiedenen Datenquellen mit Leichtigkeit, bist sehr zahlenaffin und vertraut mit Reportingtools wie Google Analytics oder Tableau.
- Du blickst in komplexen Businessprozessen schnell durch und erkennst Optimierungspotentiale mit Leichtigkeit.
- Du hast einen Hochschulabschluss in Betriebswirtschaft.
- Du bist dir agile Arbeitsmethoden gewohnt (Bsp. SAFe, Scrum) und beherrschst die englische Sprache.
