Mission:
As a Content Implementation Specialist in our Operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a best-in-class customer experience for our virtual and hybrid event platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process content requests via our ticketing system (Jira).
  • Handle project onboarding forms and initial project setup.
  • Process and clean up data using tools like Excel, Word, and Photoshop.
  • Create and update content on our apps through the CMS: Backstage.
  • Review and test uploaded content directly on our app.
  • Communicate progress and completion status to requesters.
  • Ensure timely delivery of requests according to our standards.

Reporting to: Operations Support Team Lead

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Proficiency in German or French is a strong plus.
  • Previous experience working directly with customers (internships or full-time positions).
  • Experience using a CMS (e.g., WordPress, Drupal).
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with Photoshop is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and execution accuracy.
  • Curiosity, a quick thinker, and a desire to learn and grow.
  • Proactive attitude, ability to work independently, and a drive to get things done.
