• Organizing the voluntary and involuntary return of individuals to their home countries
• Conducting interviews and exit talks in various languages and assisting in obtaining travel documents
• Handling deportations, restrictions, detention orders, and applying for entry bans
• Preparing criminal complaints, statements, and responses in appeal proceedings
• Composing complex correspondence in dealings with clients, legal representatives, and authorities

• Commercial education with Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training (e.g., law enforcement background)
• Specialized additional training in a relevant field (e.g., communication, migration studies, administrative further education)
• Ability to act in the interest of higher authorities (laws, regulations)
• Excellent verbal language skills in English, Italian mandatory; other languages desirable (such as French, Spanish, etc.)
• Interest in addressing complex issues and considering political contexts
• Open and adept in dealing with individuals from different cultures
