Responsabilità principali:
1. Supporto al Responsabile IT Operations:
- Assistenza diretta al responsabile IT Operations nella gestione quotidiana delle attività e nell'implementazione delle strategie operative.
- Collaborazione con il responsabile per garantire la corretta gestione dei processi ITIL, del change management e del major incident management.
2. Gestione dei Processi ITIL:
- Supporto nella implementazione e monitoraggio delle best practice ITIL per garantire l'efficienza operativa e la conformità agli standard aziendali.
- Collaborazione con i team interni per assicurare la corretta applicazione dei processi ITIL.
3. Supporto al Change Management:
- Collaborazione nella gestione del processo di change management per valutare, approvare e implementare le modifiche ai sistemi IT in modo controllato e sicuro.
- Coordinazione con i team tecnici e aziendali per minimizzare i rischi associati alle modifiche e garantire la continuità del servizio.
4. Supporto al Major Incident Management:
- Assistenza nella gestione del processo di major incident management per garantire una risposta rapida ed efficace agli incidenti critici.
- Coordinazione delle risorse tecniche per risolvere rapidamente gli incidenti e ripristinare i servizi.
- Comunicazione tempestiva con gli stakeholder chiave durante e dopo gli incidenti.
5. Analisi e Risoluzione dei Problemi:
- Analisi dei dati e delle tendenze per identificare le cause radici dei problemi ricorrenti e implementare soluzioni preventive.
- Sviluppo e implementazione di strategie per migliorare l'efficienza operativa e ridurre i tempi di inattività.
qualifications
Requisiti:
- Certificazione ITIL Foundation
Conoscenza approfondita del processo di change management e capacità di gestire modifiche complesse in ambienti IT.
Conoscenza del processo di major incident management e capacità di supportare la gestione di incidenti critici in modo efficace.
Eccellenti capacità analitiche per valutare dati complessi, identificare tendenze e sviluppare soluzioni basate sui dati.
Abilità nel diagnosticare problemi tecnici, sviluppare soluzioni e implementare correzioni in modo rapido ed efficace.
Efficace: Ottime capacità di comunicazione verbale e scritta, con abilità nella redazione di report chiari e concisi.
Attitudine collaborativa e capacità di lavorare in team interdisciplinari.
