R&D Electrical Development Engineer

Job Responsibilities:- Work independently on automation tasks from conception to market introduction
- Create control units, cabling layouts, and wiring diagrams according to specifications
- Collaborate closely with the project team considering software and mechanical constraints
- Select automation components such as drives, motors, and sensors
- Conduct testing of new developments in factory or customer sites
- Drive continuous improvements in coordination with product and project management
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Automation, Electrical Engineering or related field
- Experience in Electrical Design within R&D
- Knowledge of designing industrial machine control hardware with safety requirements
- Proficiency in electrical CAD systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in project management
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
- Willingness to travel occasionally
- CMSE certification
- Experience in EMC testing and approvals
