Mission principale :

La mission principale du futur compliance officer sera de participer au traitement des alertes issues des systèmes de surveillance transactionnelle, relationnelle (alertes PEP, Negative News, Sanctions, AML) et boursière (alertes Market Abuse) et de prendre en charge la gestion de la boîte commune monitoring.

Tâches et responsabilités :

  • Prendre en charge le traitement des clarifications des alertes transactionnelles (Nomos et FircoContinuity), de type abus de marché (B-next), ainsi que le traitement des demandes reçues des Banques correspondantes
  • Contribuer au traitement des alertes relationnelles (FircoTrust) issues du filtrage des personnes enregistrées dans la base clients ayant une potentielle concordance avec une personne figurant sur World-check, Factiva ou listes sanction Groupe
  • Réaliser et rédiger les analyses relatives aux alertes confirmées et/ou nécessitant des clarifications approfondies et remonter les cas problématiques/sensibles au Team Head en proposant des mesures correctrices
  • Contribuer aux projets d'amélioration des systèmes IT et des processus de gestion des alertes ainsi qu'à l'adaptation du cadre normatif interne (Directive, procédure, mode opératoire)
  • Enfin, réaliser selon les besoins et le planning, d'autres tâches opérationnelles récurrentes du Team Monitoring ou du Département Compliance (type contrôles permanents et reportings)
  • Participer, lorsque nécessaire, à la gestion de cas relevant du thème Sanction et Embargo
