INTERNSHIP ROLE
We are looking for a Business Planner Intern to join Timberland within VF EMEA Internship Program.
KEY INTERNSHIP INFO
- Start date: October 1st 2024.
- For the first 6 months your salary will be 1600chf/month, while for the following 6 months it is 1900chf/month.
- We cannot grant that internship will lead you to the permanent position, but thanks to the effective training 70% of interns are staying in the company after the internship period
WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
- Strategic Planning Support: Assist in strategic planning initiatives for EMEA distribution areas. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial performance and build brand equity.
- Brand Demand Forecasting: Contribute to brand demand forecasting, inventory strategy, and optimization. Align these processes with company targets and market demand.
- Assisted in Go-to-Market and Sales Planning: Analyzed sell-through data and managed seasonal forecasting deviations. Contributed to defining seasonal sell-in targets, emphasizing efficiency.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE
- You will have a student status while beginning an internship or you have already graduated before in 2024 – it's a must.
- You are fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- You have curious mindset with passion for working with people.
- You are eager to learn and face up new challenges.
- First experience such as other internships, extracurricular activities, is considered as a plus.
