Arbeitest du gerne an verschiedenen, übergreifenden (interdisziplinären) Fragestellungen unterschiedlicher Art und Komplexität? Lernst du gerne verschiedenste Bereiche einer Firma und die wesentlichen Zusammenhänge kennen? Dann bist du als Manager bei der Axpo an der richtigen Stelle. Die Axpo ist die grösste Stromlieferantin in der Schweiz für Energieversorgungs- und Industrieunternehmen. Du unterstützt in einem Team von Projektmanagern Businesseinheiten bei der Identifikation, Planung und der Durchführung von Management Projekten. Werde Teil unseres Teams und bewerbe dich noch heute. Aufgaben & Verantwortlichkeiten:
  • Unterstützung des Business bei der Identifikation von Projektideen und der Planung und Durchführung von Management Projekten
  • Mitverantwortung für die Weiterentwicklung der Projekt Management Organisation und Projektmethodik
  • Erarbeitung und Einführung neuer Tools und Arbeitsmittel
  • Auf- und Ausbau der konzernweiten Vernetzung und Zusammenarbeit
Profil & Anforderungen:
  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene Masterausbildung in Finanzen, IT oder Ingenieurwesen mit MBA. Du besitzt bereits mehrjährige Erfahrung in Projektmanagement sowie der Moderation von Workshops idealerweise bei einem der Top Beratungsunternehmen
  • Du hast Freude an Herausforderungen und persönlicher Weiterentwicklung
  • Du verfügst über starke und überzeugende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Du bist offen für neue Vorgehensweisen und hast eine Hands-on-Mentalität mit hoher Eigeninitiative
  • Du bist eine offene und interessierte Persönlichkeit und kannst dich rasch und systematisch in ein neues Gebiet einarbeiten und den Überblick gewinnen
  • Du nutzt digitale Technologien zur Projektabwicklung und Ergebnisverbesserung
  • Du kannst dich gut in Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift ausdrücken
