DEIN IMPACT

Als Senior Dispatcher bist du verantwortlich für den reibungslosen Ablauf der täglichen Logistikprozesse bei FELFEL. Du leistest ein motiviertes Team und stellst gemeinsam mit ihnen sicher, dass die FELFEL Kühlschränke und Gavetti Kaffeemaschinen pünktlich und korrekt aufgefüllt sind.

DEINE AUFGABEN


• Du bist die Schnittstelle aller operativen Logistikprozesse und sorgst für die effiziente Organisation und Überwachung derer – von der Auslieferung und Befüllung bis hin zur qualitativen Kontrolle und dem Recycling.


• Du leitest ein motiviertes Team von 3 festangestellten Mitarbeitern mit viel Humor und unterstützt sie im daily business. Zusätzlich leitest du unser Merchant Team in Zürich und Lausanne, planst regelmässige Customer Tours und schulst das Team für nachhaltige Arbeitsabläufe.


• Du sorgst für eine reibungslose Kommunikation mit unseren Fahrern (mehrsprachig ;-)) über mehrere Channels, agierst schnell und behältst dabei immer den Überblick.


• Du monitorst den Zustand unserer Services und stimmst dich mit unserem Hardware Team ab, um Probleme zu beheben.


• Zufriedene Kunden sind das Wichtigste für dich: Du sorgst für das nötige «Make it nice», indem du überwachst, dass die FELFEL Kühlschränke schön und korrekt aufgefüllt sind, und die Gavetti Kaffeemaschinen sauber und komplett aufgefüllt sind.


• Du dokumentierst Prozesse in unserem System und stehst in engem Austausch mit unseren Logistikpartnern. Gemeinsam mit ihnen bist du bemüht, unsere Prozesse kontinuierlich zu verbessern und schlank zu gestalten.


• Du professionalisierst und automatisierst unsere bestehenden Prozesse und stellst dadurch sicher, das wir nachhaltig und effizient in Zukunft wachsen können.

WER DU BIST

  • Du hast 2-5 Jahre Führungserfahrung und trittst auch gerne mal aus deiner Comfort Zone aus
  • Idealerweise bringst du Erfahrung aus dem Operations- und Logistikbereich mit.
  • Du hast Spass an der Kommunikation mit vielen verschiedenen internen und externen Teams und bist ein absoluter Teamplayer.
  • Du hast ein Auge für Details, bist ein Organisations- und Multitaskingtalent.
  • Kein Tag gleicht dem anderen: Administrative Tätigkeiten sind für dich genauso wichtig wie operative Aufgaben.
  • Motivierte Persönlichkeit, die auch herausfordernde Probleme mit einem Lächeln angeht.
  • Du sprichst fliessend Deutsch & Englisch, und hast gute Schulkenntnisse in Französisch.
