Vice President Business DevelopmentAre you a person being able and willing to make a difference in driving the implementation and further development of our strategy? Are you a person who is eager to assume a leadership position in our line organization after 2-3 years?
Your Main Tasks and Responsibilities
- You will be in charge of leading or contributing to business development projects like strategy development for businesses and products, acquisitions, divestments and reorganizations as defined by our Group Executive Committee
- You will be the process owner of our short and mid-term planning process
- You will be responsible for the coordination of our Key Account Management Program
- You will report to and work with our Chief Executive Officer
- Master of Science in Engineering and/or Business Administration/Economics
- Technical background and passion for the capital goods industry
- Minimum 5 years of industry experience and/or experience in a top-tier consulting firm
- Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem solving skills
- Expertise in change management and transformation programs
- Experience in closely working with the Top Management
