Analyser la pertinence des besoins exprimés et déterminer les solutions techniques

adéquates ;

 Suivre et coordonner les demandes de développement (respecter le planning, estimer

la charge de travail, l'impact métier, etc...) ;

 Outiller les processus métier dans la solution ;

 Gérer et administrer la plateforme au quotidien, et plus spécifiquement la configuration

des règles métiers (règles d'approbations, règles de routage des tickets, formulaires et

processus traitement des requêtes, etc...) ;

 Développer des interfaces avec d'autres systèmes, en respectant les standards

techniques et de sécurité de l'OCSIN ;

 Adapter les écrans et les fonctionnalités de la solution aux besoins exprimés par nos

clients ;

 Développer et réaliser des rapports pour répondre aux besoins exprimés par nos

clients ;

 Auditer et contrôler la qualité de mise à jour du référentiel d'entreprise ;

 Proposer les axes d'améliorations pour une meilleure disponibilité et qualité de la

plateforme ;

 Garantir la qualité des livraisons, ainsi que leurs correspondances avec les cahiers des

charges et les spécifications convenues ;

 Informer et communiquer sur les différentes implémentations réalisées ;

 Promouvoir la plateforme ITSM et la suite logicielle BMC Helix ITSM (vulgarisation,

information, formation) ;

 Défendre les positions et la stratégie de mise en œuvre du service de soutien ITSM en

Spécialiste ITSM

 Encourager l'échange d'expertise et de connaissance au sein de l'organisation et

assurer une utilisation optimale de la plateforme ITSM liées aux domaines d'activités

des processus au sein de l'OCSIN.

 Capacités à formuler et à vulgariser des concepts ;

 Capacités pédagogiques ;

 Savoir se remettre en cause et être prêt à se former ;

 Avoir une attitude ouverte vis-à-vis des changements.

Requirements

Compétences primordiales:

 Compétences logicielles :

 Expertise logicielle BMC Helix ITSM (5 années d'expérience et plus) ;

 Maitrise de la mise en œuvre de solutions de type ITSM (5 années d'expérience

et plus) ;

 Maitrise de la mise en œuvre de solutions de type ETL (5 années d'expérience

et plus).

 Compétences métiers :

 Le collaborateur doit avoir 5 années d'expérience et plus dans la réalisation des

activités listées dans le chapitre "Activités principales" de ce document ;

 Le collaborateur doit avoir au minimum travaillé dans le cadre de la mise en

œuvre de 2 projets ou systèmes techniques en relation avec une solution de

type ITSM.

 Autonomie, responsabilité, adaptabilité, dynamisme ;

 Capacité à monter en compétences sur un domaine fonctionnel ;

 Capacité à monter en compétences sur un domaine technique ;

 Sens de la relation et du service client.

Formation : Diplôme HES ou licence en informatique ou diplôme d'ingénieur EPF ou

diplôme fédéral ou bachelor.

Compétences importantes

 Compétences logicielles :

 Connaissance des composants logiciels BMC Helix ITSM, BMC Helix CMDB,

BMC Helix Digital Workplace Advanced, BMC Helix Dashboards et BMC

Discovery ;

 Développement BMC Remedy AR System ;

 Développement de rapports Birt, Smart Reporting et Dashboards ;

 Développement de patterns BMC Discovery ;

 Connaissance de Pentaho ;

 Développement (SQL, Java, Javascript, Python, Shell...).

 Connaissance des processus ITIL (certifié ITIL foundations v3 et/ou v4).

Compétences optionnelles

 Compétences logicielles :

 Connaissance de Talend ;

 Reporting Cognos.

 Familier avec la méthode Agile ;

 Expérience au sein de l'Etat de Genève à l'OCSIN.
