Consultant Employee Benefits (m/w/d) Personenversicherungen (Unfall und Krankentaggeld)

Was erwartet Sie?

  • Selbständige Betreuung eigener internationaler Grosskunden
  • Erarbeitung von Versicherungskonzepten, Angebotsvergleichen und Präsentationen
  • Beratung unserer Grosskunden in allen Belangen der Employee Benefits & bei Wellbeing-Themen
  • Beantwortung von Kundenanfragen in deutscher und englischer Sprache
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit und Koordination mit unseren Kollegen vor Ort und im Ausland im Rahmen globaler Brokermandate
  • Mitwirken in spannenden Projekten vor Ort und des weltweiten WTW Netzwerkes
  • Täglicher Kontakt mit Versicherern und vieles mehr...

Was bringen Sie mit?

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrungen und sehr gute Fachkenntnisse im Bereich Personenversicherungen (Unfall und Krankentaggeld)
  • Lösungsorientiert, Freude am Kontakt mit Kunden, Versicherern und Teamkollegen
  • Selbständige Arbeitsweise und unternehmerisches Denken
  • Freude an der Weiterentwicklung von Dienstleistungen
  • Muttersprache Deutsch, sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (C1)
  • Abgeschlossene kaufm. Grundbildung im Versicherungsumfeld, abgeschlossener Fachausweis wünschenswert
