Der Schwerpunkt Ihrer Arbeit liegt in der mikrobiologischen Analyse von Reinstwasser und Pharmazeutika bis zur Stufe Drug Substance.
Ihre Aufgaben beinhalten:
- Sie sind verantwortlich für die Probenahme und das Testen von In-Prozess Kontrollen, Zwischen- und Endprodukt Proben, Rohstoffe, Proben der Reinigungsvalidierung, Reinstwasser- und Umgebungsmonitoringproben
- Sie bestimmen Keimzahlen, testen auf Endotoxine und identifizieren Keime
- Sie validieren/verifizieren die Testmethoden
- Sie unterstützen das Training und die Qualifizierung neuer Mitarbeitenden
- Sie erstellen und überarbeiten Dokumente wie Vorgabedokumente, Arbeitsanweisungen, Methoden und Durchführungsprotokolle
- Sie helfen mit bei der Untersuchung von Abweichungen und unverhergesehenen Vorkommnissen und setzen geplante Änderungen um
- Sie nehmen aktiv Teil an lokalen und globalen Initiativen und Arbeitsgruppen
- Sie kümmern sich um die Instandhaltung der Geräte und des Equipments und halten die Labore sauber und aufgeräumt
Sie bringen mit:
- Sie sind Laborant*in in der Mikrobiologie, besitzen einen Bachelor in Life Sciences oder haben eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Sie konnten bereits erste Erfahrungen in einem GMP-regulierten Umfeld sammeln
- Sie arbeiten gründlich, sauber und exakt
- Sie verfügen über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
- Sie arbeiten engagiert im Team und sind motiviert
