Responsabilités :

  • Développement et implémentation : Utiliser les modèles Gen AI RAGLLM de Databricks pour développer et déployer des solutions innovantes.
  • Infrastructure Azure : Gérer et optimiser l'utilisation de la plateforme Azure, en comprenant les contraintes de l'entreprise autour des réseaux privés et de l'utilisation des identités.
  • Processus CICD et DevOps : Concevoir, implémenter et gérer des pipelines CICD robustes, assurer l'intégration continue et le déploiement continu des applications.
  • Conformité et Bases Techniques : Poser des bases techniques solides et garantir la conformité des projets aux normes de l'industrie et de l'entreprise.
  • Coaching et Suivi d'Équipe : Coach et suivi d'une équipe de développeurs en nearshore, garantir la qualité des livrables et le respect des délais.

Exigences Obligatoires :

  • Modèles Gen AI RAGLLM de Databricks : Expérience dans l'utilisation et la mise en œuvre des modèles Gen AI RAGLLM de Databricks.
  • CICD et DevOps : Expertise prouvée en CICD et DevOps.
  • Azure Data : Expertise en Azure Data.
  • Databricks : Bonnes connaissances de Databricks, y compris la partie LLMRAG serverless.
  • Azure : Expertise sur la plateforme Azure, avec une compréhension approfondie des contraintes liées aux réseaux privés et à l'utilisation des identités.
  • CICD et DevOps : Très bonnes connaissances des processus CICD et DevOps, avec une expérience prouvée en mise en œuvre et gestion de pipelines.
  • Leadership Technique : Capacité à poser des bases techniques solides et à assurer la conformité des projets.
  • Gestion d'Équipe : Compétence en coaching et suivi d'une équipe de développeurs en nearshore, avec un souci constant de la qualité des livrables.
