Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications: Required: Advanced knowledge of Atlassian Jira Service Management (JiraSM) and its application in Enterprise Service Management projects. Proven experience in gathering user requirements and creating service management use cases. Ability to break down use cases into workflows, UI elements, service desk, and service catalog components. Desirable: Awareness of UX considerations in JiraSM implementations. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Experience working in agile environments.
