Laboratory Assistant – Production and Supply

Your tasks:
- Conducting laboratory research activities, recording observations and measurements, and reporting results
- Maintaining cleanliness and operational efficiency of cleanrooms and equipment, including coordination with third-party cleaning vendors
- Managing receipt, inspection, and stocking of raw materials and laboratory equipment
- Supervising and coordinating the manufacturing of active ingredients and intermediates, ensuring adherence to safety and efficiency protocols
- Executing all phases of crop protection or seed production, optimizing manufacturing and logistics infrastructure to enhance supply reliability and quality
- Supporting logistics and order management, recommending process improvements for optimal operation and distribution efficiency
Your experience/knowledge:
- Extensive experience in a laboratory setting, including research activities and reporting results
- Solid background in Production and Supply, including Logistics, order management, customer service, and distribution activities
- Proficiency in operating laboratory equipment and machines, following established procedures
- Experience in crop protection or seed production for various vegetables like small-seeded vegetables, broccoli, cauliflower, celery, or squash
- University degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Language skills: French and English – fluent in written and spoken

- Excellent communication skills with internal colleagues and external vendors
