What you will explore:

An exciting opportunity to help execute and shape VAT's digital transformation - As a pillar of our VAT2B business transformation program, we are accelerating our digital transformation program to increase our digital maturity. During your internship, you can gain insights into our digital and business transformation activities and help us lay the foundations to support VAT's growth aspirations.

As our digital transformation program intern, you will be the person who is supporting our project managers to push the digital initiatives over the project start line and support the (customer-centric) improvement of our program operations.

From day one:

• You will help our project requestors to transform their project idea into a concrete project request that can be approved by our program committee and is ready to start.
• You support the typical tasks of program management (e.g., requesting & reviewing project status updates)

Once you got to know us:

• You will help us to make the program process (from project ideation to validation) more seamless and effective.
• You will support us in building up our VAT2B business transformation project portfolio and support business transformation activities.

What you will need:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, or a related field
• Drive to make operating modes better & having an empowering or customer-focused mindset
• Previous experience in project or product management is a plus
