Rund 100 Mitarbeitende sorgen an den Standorten St.Gallen, München & Freiburg (DE) dafür, dass die Abacus Umantis AG durch digitalisierte Prozesse und Betreuungskonzepte ihren Kundinnen und Kunden Mehrwert bringt. Seit Anfangs Juli 2023 ist die Umantis Teil der Abacus Gruppe.

Als SDR - "Sales Development Representative (a)" unterstützt Du am Standort St. Gallen unser Sales-Team durch aktive Leadgenerierung und Bearbeitung. Du bist integraler Bestandteil des gesamten Verkaufszyklus, von der ersten Kontaktaufnahme bis zur finalen Verkaufsphase.

Deine Aufgaben umfassen:
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Strategien zur Kundenakquise.
  • Zusammenarbeit mit den Sales Managern, um einen massgeschneiderten Akquiseplan für verschiedene Zielkunden zu entwickeln.
  • Durchführung von Marktanalysen und Monitoring von Branchentrends, um unsere Verkaufsstrategien proaktiv anzupassen.
  • Professionelle Bearbeitung und Qualifizierung unserer Leads und die Koordination mit unserem Sales-Team gehört zu deinem täglichen Business.
Was wir uns von Dir wünschen:
  • Erfahrung in der Neukundengewinnung, idealerweise im B2B-Segment der Software-Branche.
  • Starke kommunikative Fähigkeiten und Verhandlungsgeschick.
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse, Französischkenntnisse sind ein Plus.
