CONTEXT

You always wanted to understand what Cyber Security in a global Business context means. You are looking for a corporate function that has a transversal view on other business functions, as for instance Finance, Logistics, Distribution, Retail and Technology. You, as a Cyber Resilience Graduate will be a member of the Richemont Group Cyber Resilience department, a dynamic global team, part of the Richemont Group Security. You will work with Richemont but also with all its luxury Maisons worldwide.

The program will be divided into three parts

  • Cyber risk management and cyber advisory
  • Cyber security operations
  • Discovery cyber missions in a Maison

Cyber Risk Management & Advisory

You will provide guidance and advisory to business and technical functions within the Group to enable them to make cost-effective decisions toward cyber risks.

You will be supporting various initiatives aiming at defining and deploying processes, awareness and technologies related to cyber risk management.

You will also actively participate to other risk assessments activities, such as, amongst others, the definition and update of cyber security policies and baselines, control objectives or security best practices/guidance, security architecture review, awareness campaigns, third party security due diligence ...

You will be in direct contact with the business to advise them on how to identify, assess, manage, and report on the cyber risk on any kind of digital project, which include for example metaverse, manufacturing production line, virtual reality, customer experience...

Cyber security operations

You will take an active part in the fight against cybercrime, ensuring that Richemont and its Maisons can be resilient and can keep their businesses operating in a more and more threatening Cyber Threat Landscape.

As part of a global and distributed next generation Cyber Incident Response Team you will be leveraging the latest technologies available on the market and collaborate with a team of experts for our various disciplines:

Threat Intelligence:

Monitor and profile Cyber Threat Actors to understand their tactics and techniques used. Based on the monitoring the Initiate Threat Hunting activities in our environment to uncover advanced persistence threats not detected by commercial tools

Offensive Security:

Put yourself in the shoes of the attackers with the aim of testing the TTPs identified by Threat Intelligence. You'll be tasked to use the same tools used by most active threat actors in a real environment.

Cyber Forensics:

You will be involved in advanced investigation activities where you will collect, inspect, interpret, report, and presenting computer-related electronic evidence.

Discovery cyber mission in a Maison

At Richemont, it is important to be close to the business, you will be leading a critical mission within a Maison to understand, assess and develop their cyber security and risk capabilities. This activity could be subject to travel

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

  • You have a degree in a relevant field (e.g. Cyber, Information Technology, Computer Science)
  • You are passionate about Cyber
  • You are curious and with a strong desire to continuously expand your knowledge
  • You are fluent in English, French is a plus
