Über die Rolle und Verantwortlichkeiten

Entwicklung von Antriebssystemen, Energiespeichersystemen und Hilfssystemen mit Integration in das Fahrzeug
Unterstützung des Produktmanagements in der Konzept und Angebotsphase
Leitung von internationalen Kundenprojekten auf technischer Ebene
Analysieren und Klären von Kundenanforderungen
Erarbeitung von Spezifikationen für Systemkomponenten und Abstimmung technischer Details mit Lieferanten
Verifizierung und Validierung von Systemen/Produkten im Labor und/oder im Feld
Bereitstellung von professionellem Input für das Systemdesign

Qualifikationen für die Rolle

  • MasterAbschluss in Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Nachgewiesene Erfolgsbilanz im Bereich der Leistungselektronik und Antriebssysteme für Schienenfahrzeuge
  • Schnelle Aneignung von Fachkenntnissen in der Entwicklung von ESS mit LiIonenBatterien für Traktionsanwendungen
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und zielgerichtete Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Teamgeist
  • Bereitschaft zu Reisen im Rahmen gelegentlicher Dienstreisen
  • Fließende Beherrschung der englischen Sprache in Wort und Schrift. Deutsch ist ein Plus, andere Sprachkenntnisse sind ein Plus
