Pour notre client Merck à Corsier-sur-Vevey, nous sommes à la recherche d'un Technician Buffer Formulation (m/f/d) pour une durée de 8 mois.
Au sein du département Biotech (Global Health care Organization), intégrez avec votre savoir-faire l'équipe du Buffer Formulation DSP à la production BP, une équipe performante de techniciens, spécialisés dans la préparation de tampons pour la production de protéines recombinantes produites à partir de cellules animales. En tant que technicien, vous serez intégré dans une équipe chargée de fournir des produits stériles pour la production de nos principes actifs innovants issus de procédés biotechnologiques et reporterez directement aux chefs d'équipes du Buffer Formulation.
Tes responsabilités:
Peser et mettre en solution les diverses poudres utiliséesMesurer la conductivité, le pH et l'osmolarité des solutions préparéesEffectuer la filtration stérile des solutions et répartira celles-ci dans des contenants allant de 20L à 8'000LS'assurer que toutes les activités soient réalisées dans le strict respect des normes de sécurité des cGMP'sQualifikationen Ton profil: Vous êtes au bénéfice d'une expérience de minumum 3 ans dans le domaine pharmaceutique (ou équivalente) ou un bachelor dans la brancheVous possédez une grande capacité à travailler seul et à fournir des résultats de manière autonomeVous disposez d'une bonne connaissance des procédés industriels et des règles GMPVous avez une bonne connaissance des outils informatiques et la capacité de rédiger des instructions de travail en français
