Join our dynamic team at Malaysia and become a Finance Assistant for our perfume compound division in Malaysia At LUZI, we are dedicated to creating exceptional fragrances that captivate and inspire. As a Finance Assistant, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our bills are paid accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable invoices efficiently and accurately
• Verify invoice accuracy, coding, and approvals
• Maintain vendor records and ensure compliance with tax regulations
• Research and resolve discrepancies on invoices
• Prepare and process payments to vendors
• Reconcile accounts payable statements
• Generate reports on accounts payable activity
• Assist with month-end closing procedures (as needed)

Requirements

• Preferably with 1-3 years' experience in accounts or book-keeping
• Minimum diploma in accounting or finance
• Proven experience with accounts payable processes will be an added advantage
• Strong understanding of accounting principles (debits & credits)
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel is a must)
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
