In order to complete the MSP team at the site of the caring organization and concerned with creating an environment that promotes the personal and professional development of seventy workers with disabilities, we are recruiting a Socioprofessional Master / ES/HES (M/F) - Logistics Office - CDI at 50% Context and the Logistics Office carries out service activities at the heart of the Cheseaux-sur-Lausanne site.
Its main activities include: document printing, mail preparation, stock management, internal delivery, as well as various assembly and packaging tasks. It works for both the organization and private clients, companies, municipalities, and public institutions. As a socioprofessional master, you will play a central role that combines social support and supervision, guiding workers towards a useful professional activity, in an environment where inclusion, respect, and progression are at the heart of daily life. You are responsible for the implementation and monitoring of individualized socioprofessional projects.
You collaborate closely with the team, families, external referents, and partner companies. You actively participate in the evolution of our inclusive approaches. Profile You adhere to the values promoted by the organization, its project excites you, and you feel concerned about its mission towards a vulnerable audience. You hold an apprenticeship certificate in business or higher; you have experience in management and in Microsoft tools; you are comfortable with human and commercial relations.
You possess a degree in the social field (ES or equivalent); having an ES diploma with experience in a social institution is a plus. You have a clean criminal record. You adopt a mindset of being in motion, fair, aligned with the values of support, with the dignity of the worker and with the challenges of tomorrow. Other entry conditions: to be agreed upon.
