Romande Energie Services SA advises and supports our individual and professional clients to provide them with efficient energy solutions and ensure the daily monitoring of remote heating network construction sites (CAD). We are looking for a: Thermal Network Site Manager 100% (m/f) Technical requirements: Construction, energy, heating or experience in site monitoring, ideally in thermal or underground networks, understanding of the terrain and its constraints. Knowledge in civil engineering and drawing tools (Revit/BIM). Proficient with tools (Office, monitoring/reporting). Excellent skills with teams and clear communication. Listening ability and capacity to manage responsibilities independently. Reliability and sense of responsibility. Teamwork and structured feedback.Responsibilities: - Supervise the reception, control, and monitoring of subcontracted companies: welders, fitters, radiologists.- Regularly be present on the sites to check progress, quality, and compliance with procedures.- Participate in site meetings and technical appointments.- Ensure daily communication between the field and project leaders.- Oversee and receive works, manage any reserves.- Provide clear, structured, and regular feedback to project leaders.- Understand civil engineering aspects to ensure effective overall management (even if the discipline is directed by an office).Benefits: With us, you will evolve in an environment conducive to sharing and collaboration where you can manage your missions flexibly and independently.
