As a Strategy Senior Manager focused on Financial Services based in Geneva, you will work together with your team to solve never-before-seen challenges, bring your bold perspective into action, and develop transformative strategies on all organizational levels.

This is a client-facing role, not a position where you should expect to be desk-based - instead, you will often work in flexible and agile team environments
- Your aspiration is to help clients to gain or maintain competitive advantage against an ever-changing market context - focusing on strategic transformation, innovation & ventures, organic growth and other highly strategic services
- You will leverage your relationship, passion, empathy and perseverance skills, as well as your local industry and business network to get access to senior Stakeholders and C-levels, to identify opportunities and support the business development activities
- In this multi-faceted Financial Services project manager role, you will be addressing business problems in an analytical manner, structure decision making, and strive to develop pragmatic recommendations, tempered by experience
- Unlike many other strategy consultancies, we are valued by our clients for our ability to see the vision through to reality, producing a plan and approach to successfully bring our client's strategy to life
- The nature of our work varies greatly, but chances are your engagements will involve all of the following over time: corporate strategy; customer, product and channel strategy; market entry/growth strategy; customer engagement and digital strategy; and operating model design
- You will be able to coach and support junior team members and share your prior experience

To be considered for this role, there are certain qualifications you'll have to have:
- Extensive experience (7+ years) and background in strategy consulting within a consulting firm or related experience in an industry/ start-up role in the Financial Services sector
- University degree from a reputable institution/MBA from a leading business school
- Fluency in English and French are required, German is a nice to have
- Incisive thinker, confident with concepts, analysis, frameworks and strong analytical and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail
- Ability to structure, manage and deliver change with strong leadership capabilities and an enthusiastic, positive, can do attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with notable presence and passionate about doing an outstanding job for the client
